Initial Consultation
An initial consultation is our opportunity to get to know each other. We chat about what wedding planning that you have done so far, your engagement and your life in general. We talk about our past weddings, our strengths and services and give some general solutions to some of the hurdles you have encountered so far. Contact us today to begin the planning process today!
Each consultation is up to 90 minutes long and $125. Upon conclusion of your Consultation, you will be provided with a customized quote for services as well as the opportunity to move forward with securing Sunny Days Events as your wedding planner. Your fee is payable in cash only and as our way of saying "Thank You" for entrusting this special occasion to our company, it is credited to your final payment at the end of the planning process.

For brides who want to do and plan everything themselves, but need a professional for consultation through the planning process. This package is also for the more budget conscious wedding in need of guidance. A partial list of our Consultation Coordinator package includes:

⦁ Ideas that save money
⦁ Do-it-yourself guides
⦁ Question and answer sessions as needed
Rate: $1,200
Hourly Rates:
Wedding coordinator $75/hr Event Assistants $30/hr - $40/hr
(depending on time of day and hours needed)
